I would like to help schools
Hi everybody
My name is Irina. I have been working in education for many years. I have just finished my teaching project related to children's learning. During my research I was studying factors which impact on pupils' attainment and health. I concluded that we need to pay more attention to schools' premises and facilities, as they can negatively affect children and teachers health. We also have to pay more attention to disabled children, as it is more diffucult for them to find employment. I have now started a new project related to autistic children learning and attainment. My evaluation of the research literature shows that the majority of autistic children could be employed if they had a vocational skills training at school. I have found a SEN school in Birmingham which needs a workshop for autistic children. Would anybody join me in this project? I welcome your comments and any help.
