Default Publishing strategy
Dear All

I'm the publications manager of a UK charity. We are producing a publications/information strategy for the organisation and I would welcome the advice of any members who have been involved in this. If anyone is happy to share their strategy, all the better!

We're currently going through the process, although it's part of a wider communications & marketing strategy. Will share once I have more!

Hi NQ,
I don't know if you still need help with this but there are a few publications available called 'Adventures in Strategy' that might be of interest to you or you can visit the Strategy and Impact information on NCVO website. It contains FAQs about strategy.
