Thumbs up Shout out for innovative new charity site

Don't know if any of you have heard about this website. It's a site that is dedicated to raising money for charity, its free to use and you don't have to donate. All you need to do is make it your homepage or/and use the search engine to search the web as you normally would (it's a google search engine). The site makes money when you use the search (sponsored links) or click on adverts etc. All profits go to charity. I think it's really well designed. Just thought I'd spread the word.

Isn't it against the Terms & Conditions of Google Custom Search that you don't make the search itself the main feature of the site? I wouldn't want to ruin it for you, but you'd want to be above board.
